Maa Bhagwati Rice introduced an Assured Cashback Offer for retailers, built around a quick QR-code and UPI-based reward journey.
Retailers could scan the campaign QR code, complete the required validation and receive cashback directly through UPI.
The idea was straightforward:
Scan the code. Verify the purchase. Receive cashback instantly.

The brand needed a retailer loyalty program that could:

- Offer rewards without lengthy claim processes
- Reduce dependence on manual incentive payouts
- Build trust through quick and transparent cashback
- Work smoothly across different retailer profiles
The reward journey had to remain simple enough for everyday use.

RESULTS
The program was initially planned for a nine-month retailer engagement cycle but was withdrawn by the client before completion.
As a result:
- The complete campaign impact could not be measured
- Long-term retailer participation data was not available
- The planned loyalty cycle was not completed
- The digital cashback framework remained ready for activation and scale
