However, the traditional model—manual tracking, physical claim forms, multi-vendor coordination—became increasingly inefficient as the network grew.
To maintain retailer trust and streamline operations, J&J needed a digitized, fully managed redemption ecosystem.
CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
To simplify the QPS process and elevate the retailer experience, J&J introduced the ‘My Choice of Gift’ digital redemption platform, developed and managed entirely by RewardPort.
