Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of the membership purchase.

Breakage: We make every effort to deliver fragile items safely, but occasionally breakage does occur. Please call or email us right away if your item is damaged in shipment. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and ship you a replacement right away. Please retain the broken item and all it’s packaging for one week.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement –
- Damages due to misuse of product;
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers;
- Digital products and services (Flyte music downloads);
- Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
