25th July 2011 RewardPort helps to ‘CONNECT’ – The first in Aviation History in India.

Never before has the Travel Agent been given so much importance, but GMR is ready to change it all. The GMR Connect Programme has been designed, developed and managed for the airport by RewardPort India. It is built around a robust IT backbone with personal connects to travel agents across 20 towns and cities encircling Hyderabad. The programme will incentivise travel agents to promote Hyderabad as a transit to

destinations across India and overseas, across their customer base.

The programme has three separate layers; first a web based interface with travel agents, followed by a complete set of specially packaged privileges that can be availed by using a loyalty card, and finally there are reward points which can be redeemed for products and services which include lifestyle, restaurants, spas, children’s products, etc. All this is back ended by a professional team of Help desk executives and managers, for that special personal connect.
