Latest Case Study - Max New York Life Insurance

Situation

Max New York Life Insurance approached RewardPort with the intend to motivate their Sales team for the year ending dec’09. Most of their people had completed their targets and they wanted them to have fun.

Recommendation

RewardPort suggested to take their 300 Sales Team for the movie "Rocket Singh". We organised a complete show at Fame Adlabs, Andheri for Max New York Employees. To give it a personalized look we had created few cinema slides that would run before the show and during the interval. It read - "Welcome Max New York Life Family"
Since it was the first show, we could also organise a presentation to be screened along with a 45 min Conference before the show.

Results

The entire group of 300+ people cheered and hooted and was extremely happy. It was fun for them to watch a movie together. The company was happy to have their conference in an unusual place like a theater. They met their purpose of entertainment, a get together and conference.
